Temporal lattitude.

By placing "the movie" in the blog address it give a body some flexibility in the timeline.  Movies do not always run a linear time scale, and neither will this rambling!  I may have intended the linear timeline, and will try to do so, but already the wheels have come off.

So, since the whole idea was to post some pictures along with my sister and a friend, then I will reach back a couple of days in our first director's flashback to the fall scene I was greeted with when I returned from the land of the always-sun:

 The clouds had gathered to the south, with a low ground fog rising through the trees:

But to the north, the sky was clear and sunny, showing off the fall colors:

It eventually cleared up to the south and the cat was able to work on her tan:
